Nici Hinkel
I started my journey many, many years ago getting a degree in Mathematics at the University of Oklahoma. After college I went on to be a data analyst for a large newspaper in Oklahoma and moved from there to a mortgage company working on forecasting and reports. But my ultimate dream was to start a family and not be tied to a 9-5 career. Once having children, I started looking for ways to make money from home.
In 2013 I joined Plexus and built two Diamond teams for me and my husband in our first 2 years with the company. I’ve been with Plexus for over 10 years now and together he is a 4 star Legacy Diamond and I am a 2 star Legacy Diamond and we’ve built the life of our dreams. My husband Zac and I have been married over 22 years and have 4 incredible teenagers together! My favorite part of this business is helping my team strategize and understand their data and feel empowered to use the information to build a bigger and stronger team and hopefully I can do the same for you!

I’m Kayla Wilson, a seasoned administrative support specialist with more than ten years of experience, a private business owner for the past ten years, a wife, and most importantly a mother to three amazing girls, Reagan, Brooklyn and Emma.
When I was promoted to “Mama” in 2019, the greatest job in the world, I decided to take a step back from my corporate position to focus on what really matters most, my family. While still working my personal business from home, I founded my first business, Dawn Till Dusk as way to help others garner increased success and job satisfaction, while allowing me to achieve my own goals both personally and professionally.
